The "UM-Dearborn" Experience
 The University of Michigan-Dearborn School of Management is an AACSB-accredited school providing practice-oriented business programs in a distinctly metropolitan setting. Our faculty members come to the classroom with years of experience in the business world to meet the educational needs of our undergraduate and graduate students, to teach you not only successful business practices, but also how to realistically apply them throughout your career.
We pride ourselves in providing regional organizations with professionally competent interns and graduates. Doing this allows us to meet both the community's human resource needs and our students' employment and education needs. As the Metro Detroit business environment evolves, we adapt our teaching methods to supply our students with the professional and technical skills the workplace demands. In turn, our students leave the School of Management with the skill set to positively impact the region.
Unique Opportunities
Whether through our Internship program, which has relationships with over 120 employers or iLabs, the School’s Center for Innovation and Research, our students can leave the School of Management with the knowledge to positively impact the region. We also recognize the importance of social and professional networking in advancing your career and education. We offer our students the opportunity to do this in many ways -- from International Programs to the various clubs and organizations within the school.
